Psychotherapy

I’ve spent my life studying the ways we carry our experiences, not just in our thoughts but in our bodies, habits, and the way we move through the world. Before becoming a psychotherapist, I worked for decades as a holistic nutritionist and taught yoga and mindfulness, witnessing firsthand how emotions show up in physical form, tight shoulders, restless sleep, a stomach that churns for no clear reason. The mind and body are always in conversation, even when we’re not listening.

In therapy, I help clients tune into that conversation. I work with people who feel stuck in old patterns, disconnected from themselves, or weighed down by emotions they don’t fully understand. Together, we explore not just what’s on your mind but how it lives in your body. Whether through mindful awareness, breath, or simply learning to notice and name what’s happening internally, we find practical ways to help you feel more at home in yourself.

This work is deep, but it doesn’t have to feel heavy. I bring warmth, curiosity, and a grounded approach to therapy, no jargon, no forced positivity. Just real conversations about where you are, where you want to be, and what’s getting in the way.
